Tiverton is a popular area due to its location being between both Taunton and Exeter (14miles) allowing people to commute easily for employment and a diverse range of entertainment and shops. Also being based in Devon, there is the tranquility of being near the country side for clean air, and a 1/2 hours drive from a range of beaches.
