House
The house was designed by a Dutch/ African architect and was built in 2008/2009 by the well known Tanzanian construction company Holtan.
The property is 13.6 acres with full title deed and is located at 1300 meters with full views to all sides: Mount Meru, Maasai plains and Mount Kilimanjaro (on a clear day). The property is surrounded by a natural stone wall (height 80cm to 120 cm).
There are two access roads to the property, both with a lockable gate.
The property is part of a former large coffee plantation, which has now been turned into a colobus monkey sanctuary.
