It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the Zeller Lake and to the pedestrian area of Zell am See. You have a picturesque view onto the lake and the mountains.

The villa with its glamorous design Austrian Alps apartments is imbedded into a large piece of land of 3000 m², surrounded by woods, and creates a feeling of seclusion and peace. Villa Becker, the famous apartment in the west of Austria, has a separate gateway of its own, equipped with a security system and video surveillance. Furthermore, there is a summer swimming pool on the site.

The villa consists of two levels and is intended for three units.

On the ground floor you will find the general part. It comprises an entrance hall with a wardrobe, an atrium with a dining place and a tiled stove, a big living-room with an open fireplace, and a terrace for barbeque.

Moreover, there are two bedrooms, WC and a bathroom. On the basement there is an additional bedroom.

On the first floor of the newly-renovated ski accomodation there are two separate blocks, each of it contains two bedrooms with double beds – the supply of an additional single bed is possible. The bathroom contains a bathtub and WC. In addition, one of the bathrooms consists of a Jacuzzi with a big special “adventure-shower” and a sauna.
