lovely 3\4bed town house in lovely english speaking resort on beachsite, sea views from upstairs balcony. there is a large communal pool with baby pool. excellent rental income. has full aircondition in all rooms and heating. im looking to arrange an exchange as i want a place in ireland. im happy to look at properties from low amounts like 50,000 euros to cost of my villa. if cheaper than mine then i take the difference in cash. looking for place in southern ireland only please. looking for rural or isolated property, land for my horse would be a bonus. can email pics as computer has problem at mo. thank you.
